The Increasing Register Plate Adaptor (Ø 125-Ø 150) is a crucial component designed for use with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners. When paired with these liners, it creates a full-system chimney, complying with Building Regulations Document J. This adaptor ensures a seamless transition within your chimney, as it increases the flue diameter by 25mm.
Crafted for use with appliances up to 600°C (T600 designation), it is suitable for wood (with less than 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil. The adaptor is fitted below the register plate, featuring a long tail single wall connection that integrates seamlessly with the connecting pipe. Easily secure it with fire cement, ceramic rope, or high-temperature sealant for a gas-tight seal.
For best practices, ensure regular maintenance and cleaning by a HETAS registered sweep.
