The Finishing Plate 0°-30° - Ø 150 is specifically designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers. Constructed with durability in mind, the outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel while the inner skin uses 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3 in TWPro and 128Kg/m3, ensuring excellent thermal protection.

All parts are fully welded, providing a robust and secure connection.The necessary distance to combustible materials is 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC. This product holds HETAS approval and CE marking, meeting stringent safety and quality standards. Designation Numbers include TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50, TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, KC EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G60, and KC EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.For installation, the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured using a Locking Band, maintaining the required distance from any combustible material such as wood or plasterboard.

Apply a high-quality silicone sealant to the back of the plate and align it with the pre-marked positions on the non-combustible wall. Use suitable screws to secure the plate firmly in place. Always confirm that the flue maintains the minimum required clearance from combustible materials (50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC). Follow the manufacturer's detailed instructions and local building guidelines to guarantee a safe and secure setup. Optional accessories such as additional mounting brackets or specialised sealing kits are available to further support and stabilise your installation, ensuring optimal performance over time.
