This essential accessory is compatible with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

Constructed with 304-grade stainless steel for the outer skin and 316-grade stainless steel for the inner skin, both measuring 0.4mm thick. It features high-density compressed rockwool insulation (200kg/m3 TWPro / 128Kg/m3 KC) and is fully welded for optimal durability. The distance to combustibles is 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC, ensuring safe and compliant installation.

It holds HETAS approval and CE marking for assured quality and safety, with designation numbers TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 / TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20 / KC EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G60 / KC EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Begin by identifying the non-combustible wall where the flue exits. Ensure the wall and surrounding area conform to the required safety distance: 50mm for TWPro systems and 60mm for KC systems. Clean the installation area thoroughly. Apply a high-quality silicone sealant evenly along the contact points, and then fix the 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate (150) into position using appropriate screws. Remember to utilise the Locking Band to secure the two halves together firmly. Always verify that all components are aligned correctly and maintain the specified distance from any combustible material. If necessary, consider acquiring additional accessories such as extra silicone sealant, screws or a replacement Locking Band to guarantee a perfect, long-lasting installation.
