The 2-piece Round Fixed Finishing Plate 90° - Ø 150mm is a premium accessory designed to neatly finish the area around a chimney flue as it passes through a non-combustible wall. This component, made from high-quality 304 and 316-grade stainless steel, ensures durability and safety. It features a compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m³ (TWPro) and 128kg/m³ for other components, providing excellent thermal protection.

The product is suitable for use with a variety of appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Both the TWPro and KC systems are fully welded and approved by HETAS, adhering to the stringent CE standards and EN1856-1 designations. Installation is straightforward, requiring a locking band and maintaining a safe distance from combustible materials.

Securely mount the finishing plate using high-quality silicone and screws. Ensure the plate is fixed to a non-combustible wall and maintain the requisite clearance from combustible materials (50mm for TWPro systems and 60mm for KC systems). Always refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions during installation to ensure optimal performance and safety.

The outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel, and the inner skin is made from 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. The insulation is comprised of compressed rockwool.
