The EuroSW1 Increaser Ø 175-200mm is a versatile and durable connecting pipe designed to safely and effectively link your combustion appliances to your flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. This single skin flue pipe is crafted from high-grade zero carbon steel, ensuring reliability and longevity for various heating systems, including gas, oil, and solid fuel, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C. Installation is straightforward but crucial.

Ensure that the pipe is fitted the correct way up—with the smaller diameter pointing downwards—to keep condensates contained within the flue system. It's a friction-fit joint, removing the need for sealants, though jointing compound can be used for extra security. Note that the EuroSW1 should not be installed within 540mm of combustible materials like wood or plasterboard, nor should it pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

For optimal maintenance, especially with solid fuel systems, include inspection and cleaning points by using access doors at changes of direction. Importantly, any cuts should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting over time. Please ensure appropriate PPE is worn during installation.

Ensure the EuroSW1 Increaser is installed with the smaller diameter end pointing downwards to trap condensates within the flue system. The friction-fit design facilitates secure joining without the necessity for sealants, although a jointing compound (such as fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant) may be applied for additional security. It is imperative to adhere to the 540mm clearance from combustible materials, including wood and plasterboard. Do not attempt to pass this pipe through ceilings or combustible walls. For systems handling solid fuel, consider incorporating access doors at directional changes for regular cleaning and safe maintenance. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment during installation.
