The EuroSW1 Adaptor Female-Female Ø 175mm is expertly crafted to serve as an efficient connecting pipe for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. Constructed from zero carbon steel, this single skin flue system ensures durability and optimal performance. Perfect for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the EuroSW1 is designed for indoor use.
Do not use it for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. For installation, maintain a minimum distance of 540mm from any combustible material and ensure the smaller diameter is pointed downward to retain condensates within the flue system. This friction-fit joint requires no sealing, though jointing compounds can be used for added security.
The EuroSW1 can be cut to size but remember to coat the exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation. Regular inspection and maintenance are crucial, especially for solid fuel applications.
Install an access door at change of direction points for easier cleaning. Sweep chimneys serving solid fuel appliances at least once a year to maintain optimal performance.
