The EuroSW1 90° Tee Ø 200mm is specifically designed for efficient and safe connection of flue systems, suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with operating temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from robust zero carbon steel, this single-skin flue pipe ensures longevity and optimal performance. It's crucial to note that the EuroSW1 should only be used as a connecting pipe between appliances and your Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, and not for passing through ceilings or combustible walls.
During installation, ensure no part of the EuroSW1 pipe is within 600mm of combustible materials such as wood or plaster boards. Friction-fit joints mean no sealing is necessary, though high-temperature sealant or fire cement can be used for extra security. Additionally, any exposed steel cut during installation should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
For solid fuel applications, ensure regular inspections and chimney sweeping through an access door, especially installed at directional changes.
