The EuroSW1 45° Elbow - Ø 200mm is a crucial piece for your flue system, designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with exhaust temperatures up to 600°C. This high-quality 2-segment bend effectively offsets the flue direction in your system. Constructed from zero carbon stainless steel, it ensures durability, resistance to high temperatures, and corrosion protection.

However, remember EuroSW1 is only to be used as a connecting flue between your appliance and the primary flue system and should not be used through ceilings or combustible walls.When installing, ensure a safe distance of 600mm from any combustible materials. The smaller diameter of the pipe should always point downward to manage condensate effectively. While it features a friction fit joint that typically requires no sealing, adding high-temperature silicone sealant can offer extra security.

If cutting the pipe, protect exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. During installation, always use appropriate PPE.For maintenance, regularly inspect and clean the EuroSW1, especially if used with solid fuels. Installing sections with access doors at directional changes can simplify this process.

Annual sweeping and maintenance of chimneys used for solid fuels are crucial for safety and performance.
