The Wall Support Corner 270-520mm - Ø 125 is designed to offer robust lateral support for your chimney flue system. Ideal for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers, this support ensures your chimney setup remains secure and stable. Constructed with high-quality 304 grade stainless steel for the outer skin and 316 grade stainless steel for the inner skin, each with a thickness of 0.4mm, it offers outstanding durability.

The insulation comprises compressed rockwool, providing a density of 200kg/m³ TWPro and 128kg/m³ KC, ensuring excellent thermal protection. The fully welded parts guarantee a seamless construction, while the approval from HETAS and CE marking assure compliance with stringent safety standards. The TWPro series requires a distance of 50mm to combustibles, and the KC series requires 60mm, making it crucial to maintain these clearances for optimal safety.

Installation is straightforward by securing the twin wall insulated chimney parts using a Locking Band, ensuring a tight and secure fit.

Ensure that the wall support is attached to your structure using the recommended fixings. Install the support at a minimum interval of every 3 metres. Begin by measuring the required distance from the wall (from 270mm to 520mm) and mark the cut line. Manually cut the support to the specified length if needed. Always observe the necessary clearances from combustible materials (50mm for TWPro installations and 60mm for KC) and secure the support using a Locking Band to maintain a tight, stable fit. Following these steps will ensure both safety and durability for your chimney installation.

It is suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances.

The outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel, and the inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel. Both skins are 0.4mm thick.
