The TWPro Structural Locking Band with 125mm Ø diameter is engineered for superior stability when dealing with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, such as woodstoves and gas coal effect fires. It is crucial for installations where an unsupported length of up to 2.9 meters is necessary. Crafted to replace the standard locking band, it ensures secure and reliable connections above and below the final wall support.
Constructed with both an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, each layer boasts 0.4mm thickness. The insulation comprises densely packed rockwool, measuring 200kg/m³, and all parts are expertly welded. Maintaining a 50mm distance from combustibles like wood or plasterboard is essential.
The TWPro system is HETAS Approved and CE marked, with designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, highlighting its compliance with rigorous safety standards.
