The Wall Support 80mm-130mm - Ø 175 is a top-tier product designed to offer lateral support for your chimney flue system, ensuring the safety and efficiency of your solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. Whether you're using woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, or oil and gas boilers, this wall support is an essential component.Constructed with high-grade materials, the outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel, and the inner skin from 316-grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm. The insulation is compressed rockwool, providing a density of 200kg/m3 TWPro / 128Kg/m3, all parts fully welded for maximum durability.

With a distance to combustibles of 50mm TWPro and 60mm on KC, it complies with stringent safety standards.Approval and compliance are assured as the TWPro is HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting the designation numbers TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Additionally, the KC variant meets KC EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G60 and KC EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.Installation is straightforward, with the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts being securely fastened together using a Locking Band. Ensure you maintain the required distance from any combustible material like wood or plasterboard for safer operation.

Before installation, ensure the wall area is clear of any combustible materials. The wall support must be installed at intervals of at least 3 metres using the provided Locking Band fixings. Begin by measuring and marking the adjustable distance ranging between 80mm and 130mm from the wall to ensure a perfect fit. Secure the support firmly, verifying that the distance from combustibles is not less than 50mm (TWPro) or 60mm (KC). Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and safety instructions to guarantee a secure and compliant installation.

The Wall Support 80mm-130mm - Ø 175 can be used with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers.
