Crafted from high-grade materials, it ensures the safe passage of your flue system. The outer skin is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is made from even more resilient 316-grade stainless steel, both boasting a thickness of 0.4mm.

For insulation, the sleeve utilises compressed rockwool, providing a robust density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128kg/m3. Fully welded construction is a hallmark of quality, ensuring long-lasting durability.This Wall Sleeve is perfect for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers. The critical distance between combustibles and the outside of the flue is maintained at 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC.

Thanks to rigorous testing, the Wall Sleeve is both HETAS Approved and CE marked, offering peace of mind in safety and performance.Installing the Wall Sleeve is straightforward: secure the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts together using a Locking Band, ensuring the necessary clearance from combustible materials like wood and plasterboard. When fitting through a wall at a 45-degree angle, you can easily modify the sleeve for a snug fit using a grinder or hacksaw.
