To prevent combustible materials from coming into contact with the chimney, this kit ensures the required clearance gap around the flue. The kit includes 4 mesh panels each measuring 900mm x 350mm, 8 panel fixing clips, a bottom joist support clamp, and a top support clamp.
Constructed from 2mm galvanised steel for the mesh and stainless steel for the supports, this kit is built for longevity and reliability. One of the standout features is its adaptability, allowing for retrofitting on existing installations with ease. The installation process is straightforward: secure the special joist support around the flue, attach the mesh panels, and lock everything in place using the provided clamps and fixings.
