Constructed from zero-carbon steel and finished with a powder vitreous enamel coating in an elegant matt black, this pipe is as durable as it is aesthetically pleasing. It is designed exclusively as a connecting pipe between your appliance and the Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System and should not be used for passing through ceilings or combustible walls.

For a precise fit, the VIT-Smooth incorporates a built-in offset of 100mm alongside a short adjustable pipe, offering 200mm of adjustment to achieve a flawless installation with minimal joints. This ensures that all condensates remain within the flue system and do not affect the exterior. Installation is straightforward, with a friction fit joint system that can be secured with high-temperature silicone sealant or fire cement for added peace of mind.

It is important to maintain a safe distance of 375mm from combustible materials during installation, and any exposed steel must be coated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting over time. Regular maintenance, including chimney inspection and cleaning, is highly recommended, especially for solid fuel applications.
