The VIT-Smooth GLOSS 500mm Pipe - Ø 100mm is designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. Exclusively intended as a connecting pipe, this single-skin system boasts a zero-carbon steel construction with a durable vitreous enamel coating in a stylish gloss black finish. Ideal for linking your appliance with a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, the VIT-Smooth pipe delivers both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Please note, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing, ensure the smaller diameter is pointing downward to keep condensates within the system, thus maintaining its pristine appearance. For added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.
Maintenance is straightforward, with provisions for inspection and cleaning particularly important for solid fuel applications. Regular sweeping of chimneys is recommended to ensure optimal operation.
