The VIT-Smooth GLOSS - 1000mm Pipe with Door - Ø 125mm is an ideal connecting flue solution for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, handling temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a powder vitreous enamel coating in gloss black, it's both durable and visually appealing. This rigid and fixed pipe includes a built-in access door, simplifying maintenance and chimney inspections.

Designed solely for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it must not pass through ceilings or combustible walls.When installing, ensure the VIT-Smooth pipe is kept at least 375mm from combustible materials. The pipe should be correctly oriented with the smaller diameter pointing downward to prevent condensates from escaping. VIT-Smooth features a friction fit joint that typically doesn't need sealing, though additional sealing can be applied for extra security.

It can be cut to size if needed, but be sure to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Safety gear should always be worn during installation.For solid fuel applications, frequent chimney sweeping and maintenance are crucial. The built-in access door makes this task easier, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
