The TWPro MB Wall Support 50-80mm Ø 150 is designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil or gas boilers. Constructed with a 304 grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316 grade stainless steel inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, this wall support offers exceptional durability. The insulation is composed of compressed rockwool, achieving densities of 200kg/m3 and 128kg/m3 for TWPro and KC respectively.

The fully welded structure ensures maximum stability and safety. It maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles for TWPro and 60mm for KC. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, the TWPro meets rigorous standards, designated under EN1856-1 as T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and T200 W V2 L50040 O20 for TWPro, and T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G60 and T200 W V2 L50040 O20 for KC.

Installation is simple with the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts, secured with a Locking Band, ensuring compliance with recommended distances from combustibles.

• Ensure that you use the recommended fixings to securely attach the wall support to your building surface. • Install the support at intervals of no more than 3 metres to maintain proper lateral stability for the chimney flue system. • Maintain a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles when using the TWPro, and 60mm when using the KC variation, to adhere to safety guidelines. • Always consult the installation manual and local building regulations before starting your installation process. • For added safety, verify that the locking mechanism (Locking Band) is properly engaged to secure all chimney parts effectively. • Should you require additional accessories such as extra fixings or supplementary support components, please check our optional accessories section.

The TWPro MB Wall Support is suitable for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil or gas boilers.

Wall supports should be used for lateral support at a minimum of every 3 metres.

Ensure a distance of 50mm to combustibles for TWPro and 60mm for KC.

The parts are secured using a Locking Band, ensuring a tight and secure fit.
