The TWPro MB - Premium Wall Bracket 50mm-90mm - Ø 150 is the ultimate solution for providing solid and secure lateral support for your flue system. Suitable for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers, this wall bracket ensures your installation meets the highest safety and performance standards. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, each 0.4mm thick, this bracket offers exceptional durability and strength.

The insulation is made from compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³ TWPro / 128Kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal performance. All components are fully welded for added reliability. The TWPro MB is HETAS Approved and CE marked with the following designations: TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

When installing, make sure to use the required distance to combustible materials: 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC. The wall bracket allows an adjustable distance of 50mm to 90mm from the wall, providing a 40mm flexibility, and it also supports slight lateral movement for precise positioning. Secured together with a Locking Band, proper installation ensures maximum safety and efficiency.

Before installation, ensure you have a clear layout plan and all the required tools. Position the TWPro MB wall bracket at intervals of every 3 metres along your flue system. Maintain a minimum distance of 50mm from combustible materials (60mm if installing a KC system). Secure the bracket firmly to the wall using the prescribed fixings and the Locking Band. Follow the detailed manufacturer instructions to ensure proper alignment and stability. Care should be taken during installation to allow an adjustable distance from the wall (ranging from 50mm to 90mm) to accommodate any wall irregularities and to achieve precise positioning.
