The TWPro MB Rotating Cowl - Ø100mm is an essential addition to any chimney system, particularly if you're dealing with problems of down draft. Designed for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances—including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers—this rotating cowl ensures optimal performance by equalizing outlet velocity. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 stainless steel coated with a high-temperature black finish and an inner layer made of 316 grade stainless steel, it boasts a robust 0.4mm thickness.
The insulation is top-notch, utilizing compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3. Fully welded parts ensure durability and a secure fit, maintaining a safe 50mm distance from combustibles. This product is HETAS approved and CE marked, with designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20.
The installation process is straightforward, employing a Locking Band (supplied) to secure parts together, ensuring a flawless setup.
