Crafted for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and other solid fuel devices, this rain cap ensures optimal functionality. Its construction features an outer skin made from 304 stainless steel, 0.4mm thick, with a high-temperature black finish, and an inner skin made from 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick.
The core is insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring durability and efficiency. Fully welded for enhanced integrity, this rain cap maintains a critical 50mm distance to combustible materials for safety. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it meets the stringent standards of EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20.
Installation is straightforward with a securing Locking Band provided, making it a hassle-free addition to your chimney system.
