Its construction features an outer skin made from 304 stainless steel, 0.4mm thick, with a high-temperature black finish, and an inner skin made from 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick.

The core is insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring durability and efficiency. Fully welded for enhanced integrity, this rain cap maintains a critical 50mm distance to combustible materials for safety. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it meets the stringent standards of EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20.

Installation is straightforward with a securing Locking Band provided, making it a hassle-free addition to your chimney system.
