The TWPro GREY Adjustable Square Finishing Plate (30-45°) - Ø 125mm is a vital component in your chimney flue system, designed to offer a neat and secure transition through non-combustible walls. This high-quality finishing plate comes in two parts and is crafted from durable 304 grade stainless steel for the outer skin and 316 grade stainless steel for the inner skin, both with a thickness of 0.4mm. The plate is insulated with compressed rockwool, providing a density of 200kg/m3, thereby ensuring optimal thermal protection and preventing heat transfer to combustible materials.

This product is HETAS approved and CE marked, boasting secure installation with a Locking Band and maintaining a critical 50mm distance from combustibles. The product complies with key standards, including EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Before installation, ensure the flue is fully clean and free from debris. Position the adjustable square finishing plate so that it aligns correctly with the non-combustible wall. Apply the appropriate silicone to the contact surfaces and secure the plate in place using screws. Always check that there is a minimum 50mm clearance between the flue and any combustible materials. The Locking Band must be properly fastened to ensure that all components are securely connected. Follow all manufacturer guidelines and consult a professional installer if unsure about any step.

The outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm.

This finishing plate is suitable for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers.

A distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material, such as wood or plasterboard, should be maintained.

Yes, the TWPro GREY Finishing Plate is HETAS approved and CE marked, complying with standards EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

The finishing plate should be secured using silicone and screws once the flue passes through the wall between 30-45 degrees.
