The Top Clamp Ø 200 is part of the MF20 MI-FLEX accessory line, expertly designed for use with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners. This essential component ensures a complete and secure chimney system. Ideal for multiple fuel types including wood (with less than 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil, it's built to withstand temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation).
The clamp supports the vertical weight of the flue liner and, when used with the Top Plate and Top Insert Sleeve, ensures the liner is securely held at the top of the stack. Adhering to Building Regulations Document J, it must be installed within a fully enclosed masonry chimney. The entire system must be designed for easy sweeping and maintenance by competent professionals, with chimneys serving solid fuel appliances recommended to be swept at least twice a year.
Suitable maintenance tools and practices should be used to ensure longevity and safety.
