The Storm Collar Ø 200 is designed to deliver exceptional performance in sealing and protecting your chimney flue. Ideal for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers, it provides crucial water-tightness during roof passage. Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel on the outer skin and 316-grade stainless steel on the inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, this storm collar ensures longevity and durability.

The insulation comprises compressed rockwool, offering a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128Kg/m3 for KC. All parts are fully welded to ensure maximum strength and reliability. Adhere to the required distance of 50mm (TWPro) or 60mm (KC) from combustibles.

The product is HETAS approved and carries the CE mark, meeting stringent quality standards with designation numbers for both TWPro and KC under EN1856-1. Installation is straightforward with TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts using a Locking Band. Ensure a bead of silicone runs around the top edge and the flue to complete the water-tightness.

• Position the Storm Collar approximately 25mm above the highest part of your roof flashing. • Ensure that all chimney components, including the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts, are properly aligned using a Locking Band. • Apply a continuous bead of high-quality silicone around the top edge and the flue to guarantee a watertight seal. • Verify that the required distances from any combustible materials are maintained (TWPro: 50mm, KC: 60mm). • Follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines carefully for optimal performance and safety.
