Applications and Versatility: The MI-Flash No 8 Metal Grey Silicone Flashing is suitable for various panel surfaces, including profiled sheeting and flat panels. With temperature resistance spanning from -74°C to an impressive 260°C, it's designed to withstand extreme conditions effortlessly.Build Quality and Durability: Constructed from premium silicone, these flashings are specifically compounded for unparalleled resistance to weathering caused by ozone and ultraviolet light. The robust one-piece construction simplifies on-site installation, typically completed within five minutes.Installation Instructions: To install, select the appropriate pipe opening and trim using a Stanley knife or scissors.
Slide the flashing over the pipe - lubrication with grease might be necessary. Shape the flashing to match the roof profile, apply the sealant included in the Fixing Kit, and secure with screws and caps also provided in the kit.This job requires two standard Fixing Kits for proper installation.
