The outer skin of the cap is crafted from durable 304-grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, while the inner skin features robust 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick. Insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m³, this rain cap ensures optimal thermal insulation.

With a fully welded construction ensuring long-lasting durability, it's approved by HETAS and CE marked under designations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward, utilizing a locking band to secure the twin wall insulated chimney parts, and maintaining a 50mm distance from any combustible materials. This cap also features a 25mm square wire mesh to prevent birds and vermin from entering the flue, making it suitable for all fuels except gas.
