Constructed with a dual-layer of high-grade stainless steel, the outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel while the inner skin uses 316-grade stainless steel, both being 0.4mm thick. This robust composition ensures durability and resistance to the elements.

Additionally, the cowl is insulated with high-density compressed rockwool at 200 kg/m3, providing exceptional thermal insulation. The cowl maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustible materials, meeting stringent safety standards. The Cone Top Cowl Ø 200 comes with full HETAS approval and CE marking, adhering to EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20 certifications.

Installation is straightforward, with components secured using a Locking Band. Ensure a 50mm clearance from any combustible materials such as wood and plasterboard for safe and efficient operation.
