The kit thrives under high temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation) and is ideal for wood with less than 20% moisture, smokeless coal, as well as gas and oil appliances.

Begin by positioning the Top Plate securely on your chimney structure, followed by attaching the Top Clamp to hold the plate in place. Next, install the Nose Cone carefully, ensuring it aligns with the Top Plate. Fit the Increasing Adaptor between the black pipe or single wall flue and the flue liner, verifying a snug and secure connection between the Ø 100mm and Ø 125mm parts. Affix the Chimney Notice Plate where required to meet Building Regulations Document J, and then complete the installation with the Rain Cap, which is critical for protecting the installation from rain ingress. Always work in accordance with the latest UK building guidelines, and if in doubt, consult a HETAS-registered professional. Additionally, remember to maintain a routine chimney sweep at least once annually – more frequently for solid fuel appliances – using tools and cleaning methods recommended by the manufacturer. Avoid chemical cleaners and the use of mild steel tools, which can compromise the integrity of the stainless steel components.
