This one-piece flashing ensures rapid, hassle-free on-site installation, typically completed within just five minutes. The versatile base design guarantees a robust seal across a variety of roof pitches and panel configurations, regardless of pipe location.

Installation is straightforward: just trim the pipe opening, slide the flashing over the pipe (lubrication might be necessary), form it to match the roof profile, apply the sealant from the Fixing Kit, and secure it using the included screws and caps. Note that three Standard Fixing Kits are required for proper installation. This highly durable flash is the ideal solution for ensuring a reliable seal around piping for both commercial and domestic setups.
