The Mi-Pellet - Pipe with Door 1000mm is a premium connecting flue pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. This robust pipe is manufactured using zero carbon steel and features a vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matte black finish. Designed exclusively as a connecting pipe between your appliance and Chimney Stack, Flue Liner, or Twin Wall Flue System, the Mi-Pellet should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

For installations involving positive pressure, seals must be applied at every joint to achieve the P1 pressure rating up to a working temperature of 200°C (T200). Ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance, the built-in access door allows you to keep your chimney in top condition, specifically important for solid fuel applications. Regular maintenance and sweeping are recommended at least once a year for solid fuel chimneys.

Proper installation is crucial; always keep the pipe at least 375mm away from combustible materials, and ensure it's fitted the correct way up to prevent condensate leakage. The friction fit joints negate the need for additional sealing at high temperatures. Remember to cover any cut edges with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting, and always wear appropriate PPE during installation.
