The Mi-Pellet 500mm Pipe with Ø100 diameter is an essential component for your gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, handling temperatures up to 600°C. Engineered from zero carbon steel and coated in durable matte black vitreous enamel, this single skin flue pipe guarantees longevity and optimal performance. Ideal as a connecting pipe between your appliance and flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

Installation requires careful attention to avoid placing the pipe within 375mm of combustible materials like wood or plasterboard. Ensure the smaller diameter points downward to keep condensates inside the flue system. For applications involving positive pressure (P1), seals must be applied on every joint to achieve up to T200 pressure rating.

The pipe can be cut to size, with any exposed steel needing coverage with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Regular maintenance is vital, especially for solid fuel appliances, which should be inspected and cleaned at least once a year.

The pipe can be trimmed to the required size, but any exposed steel must be immediately covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. It is imperative that the installation avoids areas less than 375mm from combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard. For positive pressure applications (P1), every joint must be sealed with a reliable sealant to achieve the necessary T200 pressure rating.
