Ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances that operate at temperatures up to 600°C, this pipe ensures reliable performance with its high-quality construction. Made from zero carbon steel and coated with a matt black vitreous enamel finish, the Mi-Pellet 500mm Ø 80mm Pipe combines durability with an aesthetically pleasing look.

Please note that it is not recommended for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. When installed correctly, this pipe can achieve a P1 pressure rating at working temperatures up to 200°C.

• Ensure the pipe is properly aligned when connecting to your appliance and flue system. • The smaller diameter end should be positioned downward to prevent condensate accumulation. • Install the pipe with a clearance of 375mm from any combustible materials. • Do not run the pipe through ceilings or combustible walls to maintain safety standards. • If the pipe is cut to size, cover all exposed steel edges with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. • For T600 high-temperature setups, sealing the joints is not necessary, whereas P1 positive pressure applications require seals on every joint.
