The Mi-Pellet Adjustable Pipe 300mm with a diameter of 80mm is the ideal connecting pipe for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. Designed specifically for joining your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin-wall flue system, this product should not be used to penetrate ceilings or combustible walls.Constructed from zero carbon steel and finished in a protective matt black vitreous enamel coating, the Mi-Pellet ensures robust performance and longevity. Featuring a friction fit joint system, this pipe removes the need for additional seals in high-temperature applications (T600).

For positive pressure installations (P1 applications), seals are required on every joint to maintain integrity.Installation instructions emphasize maintaining a safe distance of 375mm from combustible materials and fitting the smaller diameter end downwards to retain condensates within the flue system. Should the pipe need customization, it is designed for cutting, provided the exposed steel is sealed with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.Regular maintenance is essential, particularly for solid fuel applications, which can be facilitated by integrating access doors at directional changes. National Flues recommends annual chimney inspections and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
