The Mi-Pellet Female to Female Connector Ø 80mm is designed to connect gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances to your flue system efficiently. Engineered from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable vitreous enamel coating in matt black, it provides a sleek look and long-lasting performance. Suitable for temperatures up to 600°C, this connector is perfect for high-temperature applications.
The Mi-Pellet system is a single-skin flue solution that should not be used to penetrate ceilings or combustible walls. For positive pressure installations (P1 applications), seals must be placed on every joint to ensure safety and efficiency. Correct installation is crucial; the smaller diameter should always be pointing downward to prevent condensates from escaping.
Maintenance is vital, especially for solid fuel setups, requiring at least annual inspections and cleanings. The Mi-Pellet is also cuttable, but any exposed steel must be coated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
