Constructed from durable EPDM, it boasts an impressive temperature resistance range from -55°C to 135°C. This flashing is engineered with a unique one-piece construction, enabling on-site installations to be completed in under five minutes.

Its robust 800mm x 800mm aluminium base is crafted to form a secure seal across various panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of pipe location. Enhanced with compound EPDM, it offers maximum resistance against weathering, ozone, and UV radiation.

1. Measure the installation area and cut the flashing to size if required. 2. Clean the roof surface thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion. 3. Apply a generous layer of silicone sealant to the back of the EPDM flashing. 4. Carefully remove any overlapping tiles and slide the flashing over the pipe. 5. Secure the flashing onto the roof with appropriate fasteners, ensuring alignment with the roof pitch. 6. Re-fit the tiles around the newly installed flashing, making sure each junction is sealed properly. 7. Inspect all fitted areas to ensure a uniform and secure installation, preventing moisture ingress.

It is suitable for both tiled and slate roofs.

It fits external pipe diameters ranging from 300mm to 450mm (12-18 inches).

The EPDM material is temperature-resistant from -55°C to 135°C.

The one-piece design allows for most installations to be completed in about five minutes.

The EPDM material is specifically compounded for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

1. Adjust or cut the flashing to the correct size. 2. Apply silicone sealant to the back. 3. Remove tiles and slide flashing over the pipe. 4. Fasten to the roof. 5. Arrange tiles to fit around the flashing.

The aluminium base measures 800mm x 800mm.
