The insulation is made from compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring superior heat resistance. All parts are fully welded for extra durability. The Firestop Plate Ø 200 maintains a 50mm distance to any combustible materials and is HETAS Approved and CE marked, featuring designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

Installation is straightforward, using a locking band to secure the twin wall insulated chimney parts together. Remember, a non-ventilated firestop plate can only be used for gas or oil installations, while ventilated plates are required for solid fuel systems with T600 specifications.
