The Firestop Cover Plate (BLACK) - Ø 200mm is an essential component designed to secure and conceal an existing Firestop Plate installation. This product is compatible with solid fuel appliances such as woodstoves and gas/oil boilers. Constructed with high-grade materials, the outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel, while the inner skin features 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick.
The insulation comprises compressed rockwool, offering a robust density of 200kg/m3 TWPro or 128Kg/m3. Fully welded parts ensure durability and safety. For safety, maintain a 50mm distance to combustibles for TWPro and 60mm for KC models.
This firestop cover plate boasts HETAS approval and CE marking, reflecting its adherence to stringent safety standards. Installation is straightforward, utilizing a Locking Band to secure the chimney parts. Always ensure the correct distance from flammable materials such as wood or plasterboard for it to function optimally.
