For a seamless installation, remove any old rope and debris from the channel, then apply fire rope adhesive as per the instructions.

Press the fire rope firmly into place and cut to finish with a neat end-to-end butt joint. Allow fifteen minutes for the adhesive to set before closing the doors. Perfect for both new installations and maintenance to enhance the efficiency and safety of your stove.

Before installation, ensure the channel is completely cleared of any old rope or debris. Apply the recommended fire rope adhesive evenly along the channel. Firmly press the fire rope into place, ensuring it is well seated against the channel walls. Trim any excess with a sharp knife to create a neat butt joint. Allow at least 15 minutes for the adhesive to set properly before closing the stove doors to ensure a secure seal.
