It features a robust dual-layer construction: the outer skin is composed of 0.4mm thick 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick.

The plate is filled with compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3 TWPro and 128Kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal resistance. Each component is fully welded for durability and safety. Compliance and safety are paramount, and the TWPro is both HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting the EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and T200 W V2 L50040 O20 standards.
