The 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate (150) 90° - Ø 175 is designed for use with both solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal-effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Crafted with precision, the outer skin of the plate is made from 304-grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, ensuring durability and resistance to high temperatures.

The inner skin is constructed from 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick, offering enhanced corrosion resistance. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool, providing a density of 200kg/m³ TWPro / 128Kg/m³. All parts are fully welded, guaranteeing a reliable and long-lasting product.

The TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured together using a Locking Band, ensuring a stable fit. For installation, it is crucial to maintain a distance of 50mm from any combustible materials. This product meets rigorous safety and quality standards, being HETAS Approved and CE marked.

It carries the designations TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, reflecting its high-temperature tolerance and suitability for solid fuel appliances.

Apply a generous amount of high-temperature silicone to the back of the plate, then secure it firmly with appropriate screws to create a neat and unyielding fix. It is essential to double-check the alignment to maintain the correct 90° installation angle for optimum performance and safety.
