The EuroSW1 Tee Cap Ø 175mm is designed to cap off the base of a tee in your chimney system effectively. Made from zero carbon stainless steel, this single-skin connecting flue pipe is perfect for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. While ideal as a connecting pipe between appliances and your Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Installation is straightforward with friction-fit joints that don’t require sealing, though jointing compounds can be used for added security. Ensure a minimum 540mm distance from combustible materials during installation and use appropriate PPE for safety. For longevity, any cut edges should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.
Regular maintenance, especially for solid fuel applications, is crucial to ensure the system remains clean and efficient.
