The EuroSW1 250mm Pipe with Door - Ø 200mm is a high-quality connecting pipe designed for use in gas, oil, and solid fuel appliance systems. Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 600°C, this pipe is crafted from zero carbon steel, ensuring exceptional durability and longevity. The built-in access door provides convenient flue cleaning and maintenance, particularly vital for solid fuel applications.
This pipe is designed to connect your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, but should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing, ensure a minimum distance of 600mm from any combustible materials. Installation is straightforward with a friction fit joint, which does not require sealing, although high-temperature silicone sealant can be used for added security.
Note that the pipe must be installed with the smaller diameter pointing downward to contain condensates within the flue system. Maintenance is simplified with easy access for chimney sweeping. Regular inspection and cleaning, especially with solid fuel appliances, are recommended at least once a year to maintain optimal performance.
