The EuroSW1 1000mm Pipe, with a diameter of 150mm, is a robust, single-skin flue system crafted from zero-carbon steel, noted for its durability and efficiency. Ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, it handles temperatures up to 600°C effortlessly. It's specifically designed for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System.

Please note, EuroSW1 should never be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.### ConstructionEuroSW1 is constructed from premium zero-carbon steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to high temperatures up to 600°C. Its sturdy build makes it suitable for a variety of fuel types, including gas, oil, and solid fuel.### InstallationFor safe installation, EuroSW1 should be correctly oriented with the smaller diameter pointing downward to retain condensates within the flue system. Maintain a minimum gap of 450mm from any combustible materials.

Although EuroSW1 employs a friction fit joint, additional security can be achieved with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. If cut to size, protect any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Always use appropriate PPE during installation.### MaintenanceRegular inspection and cleaning of the flue system are vital, especially for solid fuel appliances.

We recommend installing a EuroSW1 pipe with access doors at directional changes for easier maintenance. Chimneys should be swept at least once a year to ensure optimal performance and safety.

For a safe and efficient installation, ensure that the pipe is correctly oriented with the smaller diameter facing downward to retain condensates within the flue system. Maintain a minimum distance of 450mm from any combustible materials. Although the EuroSW1 pipe uses a friction fit joint that generally requires no additional sealing, you may opt to apply fire cement or high-temperature silicone for extra security. If you need to cut the pipe to size, protect any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Always use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installation and adhere to all local building regulations.

Yes, the EuroSW1 can be cut, but exposed steel must be covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.

EuroSW1 uses a friction fit joint which generally does not require sealing. However, for extra security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone.
