The Adjustable Register Plate, measuring 900mm by 495mm, is designed to effectively seal off the base of your chimney. This robust plate is constructed from 1.5mm thick galvanised steel, offering outstanding durability and support. The plate features two access holes and an adjustable adaptor that fits both 125mm and 150mm flue pipes.
Installation is straightforward: cut the four supporting brackets to size, drill holes, and secure them into the brickwork. Place the Register Plate onto the brackets, ensuring the pipe hole aligns vertically with the stove pipe. Seal any gaps with Fire Cement or High-Temperature Sealant.
Routine maintenance, including sweeping the chimney and clearing debris through the inspection holes, will ensure long-lasting performance. However, do not remove cover plates if vermiculite has been installed.
