The Register Plate (K) - 900x600 is a crucial component for sealing off the base of your chimney, ensuring no debris from within the chimney stack comes down and interferes with your stove. Constructed from robust 1.5mm thick galvanised steel, this register plate can be tailored on-site to match the base size of your chimney stack. Ideal for use with either 180mm or 200mm diameter flue pipes, it includes a special adaptor, making it versatile and efficient.

You can even spray it to match the colour of your stove pipe for a seamless look. During installation, the included supporting brackets should be cut and secured into the brickwork, providing a sturdy base for the register plate. Any gaps between the brickwork and the plate can be sealed with Fire Cement or High-Temperature Sealant to ensure a secure fit.

For maintenance, it is advised to have chimneys serving solid fuel appliances swept at least once a year to maintain safety and efficiency. However, do not remove the cover plates if vermiculite has been installed as added insulation.
