The 45° Bend Ø 100mm is an essential component for any chimney flue system, designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Made with precision, this 45° bend features an outer skin constructed from 0.4mm thick 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin from 0.4mm thick 316 grade stainless steel. The insulation is made of compressed rockwool, ensuring a density of 200kg/m³, providing high efficiency and safety.
All elements are fully welded for maximum durability. The design complies with HETAS standards and is CE marked, making it a trustworthy choice for professional installations. The bend maintains a 50mm clearance to combustibles, ensuring safe operation.
Installation is seamless with the use of a locking band to secure the components together.
