The 30° Bend Ø100 from National Flues is designed for use with a variety of solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. The construction features an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both at a thickness of 0.4mm. For safety and efficiency, the bend uses compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m³ and is fully welded.
The minimum distance to combustibles is 50mm. TWPro products are HETAS approved and CE marked, adhering to regulations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is simple with a Locking Band, ensuring a secure fit while maintaining a 50mm clearance from combustible materials.
