The Ø 200 Internal Clay Pot Adaptor - Ø 125 from National Flues is your go-to solution for connecting the bottom of a chimney stack with an installed clay liner when a chimney flue liner is not being added. Constructed from 1mm thick stainless steel grade 316, this high-quality adaptor ensures robust and long-lasting performance. Before installation, ensure the existing clay liner is smoke tested to confirm it's in good condition.
The clever design allows the tapered clay end to easily fit inside uneven clay liners, forming a secure fit with the help of Fire Cement and Fire Rope. Securing bands and stainless steel screws are used to fasten the adaptor in place, ensuring it remains corrosion-free. Finally, single wall pipes can be placed over the spigot of the adaptor, sealed off again with Fire Cement and Fire Rope for optimal efficiency.
