The Wall Sleeve Ø175 is designed to protect your chimney in the wall passage when the flue system traverses an exterior wall. Perfect for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas fires, and boilers. Its robust construction features an outer skin of 304-grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick, with compressed rockwool insulation offering a density of 200kg/m3 (TWPro) and 128Kg/m3 (KC).

Not only is this sleeve fully welded for durability, but it also maintains a safe distance to combustibles—50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC models. It is HETAS approved and CE marked, guaranteeing the highest safety standards. Installation is straightforward, requiring a locking band to secure the chimney parts, and the gap between the flue and the sleeve can be filled with rockwool for added protection.

If you're installing at a 45-degree angle, a simple taper-cut using a grinder or hacksaw ensures a perfect fit.
