Installation is straightforward: Start by positioning the sleeve in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Ensure that when passing through an exterior wall, the gap between the flue pipe and the wall is completely filled with properly compressed Rockwool insulation. For walls that meet at a 45-degree angle, use a grinder or hacksaw to taper the sleeve, securing a flush fit. Always maintain the minimum clearance distances – 50mm for TWPro systems and 60mm for KC systems – to ensure safety around combustibles. Check that all components are fully welded and aligned before completing the installation. If in doubt, refer to the detailed installation guide or consult a qualified professional.
