The VIT-Smooth GLOSS - Spare Door for Pipe Ø 150mm is an essential component for those using gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C, this product is designed for exceptional durability and performance. Constructed from zero carbon steel and coated in a sleek gloss black powder vitreous enamel, it not only performs well but also looks great.
This single skin connecting flue system should be used exclusively between your appliance and your flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Note that it is not suitable for passage through ceilings or combustible walls. Installation must be careful to ensure it's fitted the right way up, with the smaller diameter pointing downward to avoid condensates externalizing.
The friction fit joints ensure a snug fit, and for added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Maintenance is straightforward and essential, especially for solid fuel applications, so provisions should be made for inspection and cleaning.
